One Ukrainian soldier was killed and three others were wounded in fighting in eastern Ukraine in the past 24 hours, according to Ukrainian Defense Ministry spokesman for Anti-Terrorist Operation issues Andriy Lysenko.
"One was killed in action (KIA) and another three were wounded in action (WIA). We express our condolences to the families and friends of the soldier who died for our Ukraine," he said at a briefing in Kyiv on Wednesday, an UNIAN correspondent reported.

Also, one soldier was killed and two others were wounded during a skirmish in the village of Vodiane.
