One Ukrainian soldier was wounded and another four got concussion in fighting in eastern Ukraine in the past 24 hours, according to Ukrainian Defense Ministry spokesman for the Anti-Terrorist Operation Col. Andriy Lysenko.
"There was one wounded in action (WIA) and four cases of concussion," he said at a briefing in Kyiv on Saturday, an UNIAN correspondent reported.
As UNIAN reported earlier, combined Russian-separatist forces attacked Ukrainian army positions in eastern Ukraine 50 times in the past 24 hours, including twice on the settlement.
