Three Ukrainian troops were wounded in the zone of the Anti-Terrorist Operation over the past day, speaker of the Ministry of Defense on the ATO issues Oleksandr Motuzianyk told a Kyiv briefing Friday.
"Over the past day, no Ukrainian soldiers were killed in action, but three of our troops were wounded," said Motuzianyk.
According to him, over the past day eight attacks on Ukrainian positions were recorded in the Luhansk direction, in particular, near Stanytsia Luhanska and on distant approaches to the village of Krymske as well as near Popasna.
In the Donetsk direction the shellings of ATO forces were taking place across the whole contact line, except Donetsk airport, in particular in the area of Avdiyivka snipers were active. A total of 13 attacks were recorded in this sector.
