Russian-backed militants are preparing for an offensive near the village of Pavlopil, Donetsk region, according to the report on the website of Ukraine’s Defense Ministry.
The Ukrainian military intercepted enemy communications, revealing that a breakthrough is being prepared near Pavlopil.
"To this end, the enemy has been amassing live force and military hardware in this direction," the report says.
