A local resident was wounded from a firearm as the shot hit him through the window of his own apartment in the town of Maryinka, Donetsk region, the Main Directorate of the National Police in Donetsk region wrote on Facebook.
"It is established that last night, a 35-year-old man suffered a bullet wound to his leg while at home. He received first medical aid at the hospital of the town of Kurakhove," the report says.
According to the victim, he was wounded as a result of a bullet hitting through his apartment’s window. According to preliminary data, there was no shelling of the town at that time, only occasional single shots fired by militants.
