The militants of the so-called Donetsk People's Republic ("DPR") have held a patrol of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine at a checkpoint near the village of Verkhnioshyrokivske of Donetsk region.
"OSCE SMM patrol held by so-called "DPR" for 31 min@ [at] checkpoint near Verknoshyrokivske; other civilians were allowed 2 [to] pass. Minsk violation," the OSCE SMM wrote on Twitter on August 10.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine on August 1said that members of the so-called Donetsk People's Republic ("DPR") had detained a truck and the driver with the organization's camera equipment and held for more than seven hours near the village of Olenivka.
