Russia's hybrid military forces attacked Ukrainian army positions in Donbas 12 times in the past 24 hours, with two Ukrainian soldiers reported as wounded in action (WIA), according to the press center of the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) Headquarters.
In the Luhansk sector, the enemy fired 120mm mortars at the Ukrainian fortified positions near the village of Troyitske. In the evening, the fortified positions near the villages of Katerynivka, Novo-Oleksandrivka and Lobacheve came under fire. In addition, the Russian occupation forces used infantry fighting vehicles and heavy machine guns to attack Ukrainian forces outside the town of Popasna. Furthermore, the enemy fired small arms at the defenders of the village of Luhanske.
