The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine has spotted flags of the aggressor country, the Russian Federation, in the temporarily occupied city of Luhansk, according to Liga.net.
The observers for the first time saw that the flags of the Russian Federation were put up along with the flags of the so-called "Luhansk People's Republic" ("LPR") on some administrative buildings in Luhansk, the press service of the mission told LIGA.net.
"These flags were on five buildings that are used by "LPR" members. The flags of the Russian Federation were not seen on other administrative buildings," it said.
