The Ukrainian military says Russia-controlled armed groups in the Donbas warzone on Sunday, October 18, committed two violations of the latest ceasefire agreement.
"In the past day, October 18, two ceasefire violations by the Russian Federation's armed formations were recorded in the areas of responsibility of the Ukrainian units," the press center of Ukraine's Joint Forces Operation (JFO) Command wrote on Facebook in an update as of 07:00 Kyiv time on October 19, 2020.
In particular, enemy troops fired an anti-tank grenade launcher and rifles near the town of Avdiyivka at midday, as well as an automatic grenade launcher in the evening.

No casualties were reported over the period under review.
Since Monday midnight, no attacks by Russia-controlled armed formations have been recorded, the JFO HQ said.
The situation is under full control of the Ukrainian military, it said.
