NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has warned of a continued Russian military build-up in eastern Ukraine and near Russian-Ukrainian border.
“The picture we have confirms the picture provided by other open sources: independent reporters, [and the] OSCE,” Stoltenberg said in Brussels on Tuesday.
Russian troops, equipment, artillery, and modern air-defense systems are reported to be concentrated in the area. Numerous amateur videos have shown columns of Russian military equipment moving toward the border with Ukraine.
