Belarus has never fussed around the Russian Federation and always openly and honestly discussed cooperation between two countries, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said on Tuesday during his meeting with Russia’s Kursk Region Governor Alexander Mikhailov, according to Belarusian news agency Belta.
"We are brothers. God ordained us to be friends and thus to build our integration relations," Lukashenko said.
"We have never fussed about with the Russians. If we created a union - military, political or economic - we did it openly and honestly," he said.
