Polish elections: PiS to have Sejm majority

The conservative Law and Justice (Prawo i Spravedliwosc) party will hold a majority in the Sejm lower house of Polish parliament, according to State Electoral Commission, Radio Poland has reported.

PiS won Sunday's general elections with a result of 37.58%, the electoral authority (PKW) said, according to Radio Poland.

Civic Platform managed 24.09%, the Kukiz'15 grouping 24.09%, Nowoczesna 7.60%, while the Polish People's Party (PSL) managed 5.13%.
