Russia on Wednesday condemned Ukraine`s decision to impose restrictions on Russia`s Black Sea fleet, describing it as a "new anti-Russian step," the Foreign Ministry said in a statement, according to AFP.
"The Ukrainian leadership on August 13 took a serious new anti-Russian step" with its decision, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement after the move was announced in Kyiv.
