Journalist Iryna Vannikova appointed as Press Secretary of President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko.
According to a source in the Presidential Secretariat, Victor Yushchenko signed the respective decree today.
Earlier I.Vannikova worked as a news presenter at STB and 1+1 televisions.
