On winning the presidential elections in France
President Victor Yushchenko on Monday congratulated Nicolas Sarkozy on winning the presidential elections in France, according to the President`s press-office.
He expressed hopes Ukraine and France would continue to develop constructive and mutually beneficial relations during Sarkozy’s presidency.
