GUAM to be registered as international organization
On May 22-23, Victor Yushchenko will be taking part in a GUAM summit in Kyiv, according to the President’s press-office. Its participants are expected to register the GUAM as an international organization headquartered in Kyiv.
They are also going to sign its statute and a joint declaration
