Malaysia interested in Ukrainian defense products – Ukroboronprom

During the meeting with the commander of the Royal Air Force of Malaysia, the head of Ukraine's major arms manufacturer discussed cooperation in the field of aviation.

Malaysian military leadership is interested in acquiring the products of Ukraine's defense companies, of which the officials talked at meetings with CEO of Ukraine's state-run military-industrial concern Ukroboronprom Pavlo Bukin who attended the Defense Services Asia exhibition.

According to the press service of the state concern, the commander of Malaysian land forces said that the country was interested in purchasing Ukrainian anti-tank missile systems of Kyiv's Luch State Design Bureau.

Ukroboronprom CEO has also discussed with the commander of the Royal Navy the possibility of supplying floating docks manufactured by Pallada (Kherson), establishing cooperation with a local producer.

During the meeting with the commander of the Royal Air Force of Malaysia, Bukin talked cooperation in the field of aviation.

"In particular, it was about the possibility of deliveries to Malaysia of Antonov aircraft with the possibility of production localization," reads the report.
