The Russian official says he "feels ashamed," but his country is going to make use of some of Musk's developments.
Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin says Russia plans to adopt some engineering solutions introduced by Canadian American business magnate and engineer Elon Musk in the rocket and space industry.
"In general I think he [Musk] should be treated as serious, he should also be taken very seriously. For example, our specialists and myself have studied some of his technical solutions in detail, and I can say that we feel ashamed, but we will use some of them," the Russian newspaper Vedomosti quoted the official as saying.

As UNIAN reported, a Russian-made Soyuz rocket carrier earlier crashed in Russia because the Roskosmos State Corporation for Space Activities had entered wrong data about cosmodromes while programming.
Moreover, the Russian leadership said Bishop Lucian of Blagoveshchensk, who conducted a ceremony of blessing the Soyuz-2.1b launch vehicle at the Vostochny cosmodrome, might be to blame for the failure.
