They said the new facility would ease the traffic between two districts of the city of Kerch, the Russian news agency TASS has reported.
"The traffic is running. Currently, public transport and pedestrians will be able to move along the 1.8 km overpass. In the lower section, [there will be] transport moving to the Crimean bridge and back after the launch of motor traffic along the overpass to the bridge," the press service of the Committee for Roads Management in annexed Crimea reported.
