The occupying authorities say they have taken such a decision as "the high level of wear and tear of the said resort facilities requires significant investment," RFE/RL's Krym-Realii media project wrote.

As reported, Managing Company of Infrastructure Projects LLC became the winner of respective tenders.

The Russian-controlled parliament of Crimea agreed to sell Yalta-based Miskhor, Dulber, and Ai-Petri health centers in the autumn of 2017. Before the so-called "nationalization" of the resort facilities, they were in ownership of the Verkhovna Rada (Ukraine's parliament) and UkrProfOzdorovnytsia (an enterprise of the Ukrainian trade unions).

As UNIAN reported earlier, the so-called "parliament" of Crimea agreed to sell some of facilities worth RUB 113 million (about US$1.87 million) located in Feodosia, Yalta and Simferopol.

Some 480 enterprises and organizations were "nationalized" in Russian-annexed Crimea in March 2014. Ukraine demands compensation via international courts not only in monetary terms, but also in the form of Russian foreign property.
