Members of Naftogaz's board earn US$4.9 mln in 2017

The company's management (six board members and nine directors) earned $8.2 million last year.

Members of the board of national oil and gas holding Naftogaz of Ukraine in 2017 earned a total of UAH 127.7 million (US$4.9 million).

In particular, Naftogaz CEO, Chairman of the Executive Board Andriy Kobolyev received UAH 47.1 million ($1.8 million), First Deputy Chairman Serhiy Pereloma – UAH 17 million ($648,360), Chief Financial Officer Serhiy Konovets – UAH 15.2 million ($579,710), Executive Board Member Yuriy Kolbushkin – UAH 14 million ($533,944), as well as two board members since May 2017: Oleh Prokhorenko – UAH 24 million ($915,332) and Mykola Havrylenko – UAH 10.4 million ($396,644), according to Naftogaz's annual report for 2017 published on the company's website.

As reported, all the management (six board members and nine directors) earned UAH 214 million ($8.2 million) in 2017.

In total, during 2017 the company incurred approximately UAH 25.5 million ($972,540) in expenses for the operations of the supervisory board.

As UNIAN reported earlier, Naftogaz in 2017 received UAH 39.4 billion ($1.5 billion) in net profit, which was 2.2 times up from 2016.

Naftogaz develops oil and gas fields, produces crude oil and natural gas. Its core business is also transportation and trade in fuel through its own network of filling stations.
