Ukraine's Kalanchak entry/exit checkpoint on the administrative border with the Russian-occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea has resumed work after a short break.

"As of 17:30 [on August 12], the Kalanchak checkpoint is operating in regular mode. However, the invaders still block people and vehicles at the Chaplynka checkpoint," the press service of the Azov-Black Sea Regional Department of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine wrote on Facebook on August 12.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the work of the two checkpoints on the administrative border between mainland Ukraine and the occupied peninsula was suspended on Sunday, August 12.
