The first "Sea Launch" was set to be held in December of this year, three more starts in April, July, and December of 2020, and four launches in 2022 (March, June, September, December).
Russia's S7 Space private company plans from April to terminate the contract concluded with the Ukrainian Yuzhmash enterprise for the production of 12 Zenit carrier rockets.
The press service of S7 Space said the contract is still in force. Roskosmos said they were unaware of the plans on the termination of the contract. Yuzhmash declined to comment, RIA Novosti reported, citing sources.
The contract for the production of 12 Zenit carrier rockets was concluded in April 2017. It was expected the missiles would be used in the "Sea Launch" and "Land Launch" programs.

The source said that S7 Space had paid a part of the amount under the contract, namely about $30 million. In 2018, S7 Space said they failed to receive permission from the Russian government to supply Russian components for Zenit to Ukraine.
