This will depend on the success of the finance ministry's entering the foreign market, which is scheduled for late May – early June, Kobolyev suggests.
CEO of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine Andriy Kobolyev has said the company will consider the expediency of entering the foreign borrowing market by September.
"Perhaps we will consider the expediency of such entry by September," he said at an investment conference organized by Concorde Capital in Kyiv.

According to Kobolyev, this will depend on the success of the Ministry of Finance's entering the foreign market, which has been scheduled for late May – early June.
"We will make our decision depending on the volume of demand and the cost of this borrowing," he added.
