In total, the bank channeled US$439 million in dividends into the budget, settling the relevant payments to the budget.
PrivatBank, the largest bank of Ukraine that has been owned by the state since December 2016, has transferred UAH 7 billion (US$267.5 million) as a second tranche of dividends from its 2018 profit due to be paid to the national budget.

Taking into account UAH 4.5 billion (US$172 million) in a first disbursement of dividends sent to the budget on June 10, the financial institution transferred a total of UAH 11.5 billion (US$439 million) in dividends, that is all due payments to the budget.
The financial institution added that according to the annual financial statements approved by the bank's supervisory board and shareholder, PrivatBank shall send 90% of its net profit for 2018 to the national budget.
