The government has allowed transportation of any goods except for those restricted or prohibited for movement.
The Cabinet of Ministers, Ukraine's government, has approved new rules for crossing the contact line in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, which introduces new approaches to the procedure for the movement of persons and goods, as reported by the Ministry of the Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine.
In particular, when crossing the contact line, persons shall be allowed to transport any goods, except for those restricted or prohibited for movement, says the ministry.
The relevant list of goods will soon be approved, the report says.

At the moment, it is only allowed to bring into the occupied territory the products put on the relevant list of permitted goods.
It is reported that the ministry has already discussed the proposals on the list of prohibited goods with the public, representatives of the fiscal and border services, the SBU Security Service of Ukraine, the JFO HQ, and humanitarian organizations. Some feedback was also received during the surveying of persons directly at exit-entry checkpoints.
The ministry said such an innovation would ensure the rights of civilians and satisfy their essential needs.
