Over the period under review, costs of construction and assembly of transport facilities increased most of all, by 14.6%. The lowest increase, by 6.4%, was recorded in the construction of civil engineering facilities, according to the State Statistics Service of Ukraine.
Costs of construction and installation works in the second quarter of 2019 (Q2) grew by 0.7% compared to Q1 2019.
The report does not include information from temporarily occupied areas in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the city of Sevastopol, and certain areas in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, it said.
As UNIAN reported earlier, construction and assembly costs in Ukraine rose by 23% in 2018 from 2017.
