Minimum wage is set at UAH 4,723 ($195).
The State Budget of Ukraine for 2020, adopted by the Verkhovna Rada, lays out revenues at UAH 1.093 trillion (US$45 billion), which is up UAH 17.8 billion ($735.7 million) due to net profit and dividends of state enterprises, leasing of state property, domestic and import VAT, as well as transfers from the National Bank worth UAH 3.5 billion ($144.7 million).
Expenditures are set at UAH 1.195 trillion ($49.392 billion), which is UAH 67.5 billion ($2.78 billion) more than in 2019.
UAH 141.5 billion ($5.85 billion) was allocated for servicing public debt. Thus, public debt is reduced by 3.5%.

UAH 73.7 billion ($3.046 billion) has been allocated for road infrastructure development. This is 37% more than last year.
UAH 48 billion ($1.98 billion) will be allocated for social payments (subsidies). Another UAH 145.1 billion ($5.997 billion) will go for education, which is 12.7% more against last year.
Another UAH 113.3 billion ($4.68 billion) will be spent on healthcare, which is UAH 15.1 billion ($624.1 million) more than budgeted for 2019.
UAH 245.8 billion ($10.13 billion) will be spent on security (16% more than in 2019).
The costs of the development of the culture and information sectors will amount to UAH 9.2 billion ($380.26 million).

The forecast for GDP growth is laid out at 3.7%. The outlook of the average annual exchange rate is 27 UAH per dollar. Inflation reduction target is 6% against this year's 7.4%.
