Head of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine Serhii Deineko has said Ukraine will temporarily close 107 out of 230 border crossing points.
"Out of 230 existing border crossing points, 123 remain operational. Some 107 stop operating until April 3," he told a briefing following the government meeting on Saturday, an UNIAN correspondent reports.
The official said checkpoints with a small passenger flow had been determined for the closure.
Deineko also assured the crossing points left would be enough to ensure stable border crossing operations.
