The average price of Russian Urals oil in January-August 2015 amounted to $55.43 a barrel, which is 1.9 times less than in the same period of last year ($106.28 a barrel), according to Russia's RBK daily business newspaper, with reference to Alexander Sakovich, an expert from the Ministry of Finance.
"In August 2015, the average price of Urals oil was $45.63 a barrel. A year ago, the price was $101.09 a barrel. Thus, the price fell by 2.2 times," Sakovich said.
