Mechanism of the signing of a new gas contract, the so-called winter package, will be on the agenda of Friday talks in Normandy Format between Ukraine and Russia in Paris, according to Ukraine’s Energy Minister Volodymyr Demchyshyn.
"The gas issue is [in the Normandy format] is the following: how we sign this contract and move on," the minister told the journalists in Kyiv, an UNIAN correspondent reported.
