"This is a technical issue, which will involve many more participants to work it out in detail. The signing will take place in the near future, the latest in a week," the minister said in Brussels on Friday after the end of negotiations, a Brussels-based UNIAN correspondent reported.
However, Demchyshyn did not name where the signing of the protocol would take place, adding this issue was not important.
