"At 16:12 the amount of power transmitted via the 220 kV Kakhovska-Titan line was reduced by 165 MW and currently amounts to 20 MW," the company said in its Wednesday statement.

"According to available data, power reduction was caused by the emergency shutdown in the 220 kV network in the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea. The cause of emergency is being investigated," the company informed.

At the same time, energy supplies to households in Chaplynsky and Kalanchak districts of Kherson region that are connected according to a regular power schedule from the 220 kV substation Titan, are carried out in the normal operation mode, according to the report.

Power supplies in Yevpatoria, Saki, Chernomorsky and Pervomaysky districts of the Crimea, which were disconnected due to the accident on the power line Kakhovka - Titan - Krasnoperekopsk, have been partially resumed.
