NBU cuts hryvnia exchange rate by 67 kopiykas

The Central Bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies for December 29:

$100 costs UAH 2,380.7482 (on December 28, it was UAH 2,313.7486);

EUR 100 costs UAH 2,609.7762 (on December 28, it was UAH 2,532.8606);

RUB 10 costs UAH 3.2927 (on December 28, it was UAH 3.2927).

On Monday, December 28, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank currency market by the close of trade settled at UAH 23.85/23.98 to the dollar.

According to the National Bank of Ukraine, the weighted average exchange rate of the hryvnia as of 17:00 was UAH 23.8065 to the dollar, with 546 deals concluded by this time worth a total of $374.61 million.
