NBU legalizes ownership structure of 33 banks / facebook.com
The National Bank of Ukraine is working at the moment on legalization of the ownership structure of 33 banks, according to the website of the regulator.
The work of the NBU regarding 22 financial institutions is in its final stage, reads the report.
Among the remaining 11 banks are Alpari Bank, "DV Bank, Zemelny Capital Bank, Investment and Trust Bank, ClassicBank, Novy Bank, SmartBank, TKCredit, Ukrainian Capital Bank, Finance Bank, and Center Bank.

In October 2015, the NBU unveiled a list of 48 banks with opaque ownership structure, which in the case of non-disclosure of information about their real owners could be categorized as problematic upon the regulator’s decision.
