Currency sales on the interbank currency market of Ukraine fell by 43% in January compared to December, NBU Governor Valeriya Gontareva said during her speech in the Verkhovna Rada on Friday.
"As a result of situational and fundamental factors, the inflow of currency into the country decreased by 27% in January compared to December, while the sale of currency on the interbank currency market fell by 43%," she said.
