Ukraine and Japan have ratified the second loan agreement worth $300 million for the development and implementation of economic reforms, Ukrainian Finance Minister Natalie Jaresko told the reporters on Friday.
"Today we are pleased to announce that Ukraine and Japan have ratified the loan agreement worth $300 million," Jaresko said.
The agreement will come into effect in March, and the funds are expected to be allocated in April 2016, she said.
