"Preliminary budget analysis shows that the government invests in projects developed by 5%-7%, to bring them to a 10% completeness in the course of a year. To put simply, money is invested in pits. If these funds are focused on infrastructure projects, such as repairing and construction of roads, we will get certain results. We will do a really useful thing for the country, demonstrating notable achievements, and we will also provide people with real jobs and sources of income," the article reads.

Additionally, we have resources that have already been provided by international financial institutions but used inefficiently, as well as considerable funds in local budgets as a result of an ongoing financial decentralization," Groysman writes in his article.

At this, the parliament chairman points to several important aspects.

It is possible provided there is a goal and a political will. The second one is quality control. Our international partners and civil society can help us with this. The third one is a strategic vision regarding what we do and why, what transport corridors we build… so that not to build roads to nowhere," Groysman notes.
