"As for the World Bank, we are currently in an active period – we are reviewing the projects portfolio for Ukraine. Some of the outdated and irrelevant projects will be closed, with the view of releasing resources to invest these funds in the current projects that are important for Ukraine's economic development," Danyliuk said in his video blog on Facebook.

He also informed that he had discussed urgent issues of reforming various spheres of the Ukrainian economy with the IMF senior officials.

In addition, the minister held meetings with his counterparts from other countries, in particular with the German minister. The two parties are said to have discussed mechanisms for the most efficient use by Ukraine of a EUR 300 million loan that has been disbursed earlier.
