Infrastructure minister admits: "extremely challenging" for Team Balczun to work at Ukrzaliznytsia

The process of adaptation of the new Ukrzaliznytsia CEO, Poland’s Wojciech Balczun and his team has been dragging, according to Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Volodymyr Omelyan, TSN reports.

"I can’t say that the new team is an epic fail but it is very challenging for them to work there," the minister said in an interview.

"I expected that the adaptation process will be shorter, but it is too long. We are now taking all possible measures to help them, tell about things, and suggest possible mechanisms for pulling Ukrzaliznytsia forward," Omelyan said.

The infrastructure minister said that the situation in Ukrzaliznytsia is no different from that across the country.
