The town of Avdiyivka (Donetsk region), which is at the epicenter of the fighting and is experiencing massive artillery strikes the fourth day in a row, is provided with the necessary supply of food, tents, and means for heating, Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman said during his visit to Avdiyivka.
In addition, according to the Prime Minister, the State Treasury provides the funding for all the necessary procurement and works.
"The town is fully provided with food, tents and heating centers. We will continue to provide such support. I have given the necessary instructions to ensure continuous supplies of drinking water, which is important. All the services know the drill," Groysman said, adding that there are enough funds in the Donetsk military and civil administration's accounts.

At the same time, Groysman said that the situation was extremely complicated as the shelling continued, and now it is necessary to secure the ceasefire as soon as possible in order to restore water and heat supplies to the town.
"What is happening in Avdiyivka is a crime against humanity and against the people who live in their town," Groysman said.
