Test supplies of Ukrainian coal from the occupied territories of Donbas to Russia by rail have already started, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said Wednesday, opening a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council.
"The negative effect of the blockade for the whole of Ukraine is absolutely obvious, but it is not capable to radically affect the invaders. Across hundreds of kilometers of the Ukrainian-Russian border beyond Ukraine control, they can easily get everything they need – from Russia. And sell everything they need," Poroshenko said.
