Ukrainian MP from Opposition Block faction Nestor Shufrych has sold his stake in PJSC Naftogazvydobuvannia, DTEK CEO Maksym Tymchenko told Ekonomichna Pravda business news outlet.
Tymchenko noted that 15% of the shares were bought from Foloux Consulting Limited, [which is part of Shufrych's sphere of influence].
"It was by mutual agreement, we believe in this business," Tymchenko stressed.
It is noteworthy that in March DTEK Naftogaz acquired an additional 15% stake in PJSC Naftogazvydobuvannia, increasing its share to 75%.
Naftogazvydobuvannia was founded in 1999 by Mykola Rudkivsky [Ukrainian politician and businessman] in partnership with Petro Poroshenko. In early 2000, Poroshenko's 50% share was passed to Shufrych.

In February 2016, Dutch-based Salazie B. V. bought a 25% stake in Naftogazvydobuvannia.
At the same time, DTEK's Dutch subsidiary Oil & Gas B. V. increased its share in the authorized capital of Naftogazvydobuvannia from 36.64% to 55%.
Cyprus company Foloux Consulting Limited reduced its share in the company from 25% to 15%, while Wolford Holdings Limited shrank its stake from 16.705% to 0.0001%.
Naftogazvydobuvannia is part of DTEK's power holding owned by Ukraine's Rinat Akhmetov.
