PSC Donetsk metallurgical plant has stopped operations due to lack of diesel fuel, according to the Ukrainian online newspaper Novosti Donbasa (News of Donbas) referring to a source at the enterprise.
According to the source, the plant has not been running for a week.
As reported, the diesel fuel is needed for the operation of locomotives, which transport raw materials and finished products. Due to the situation, the factory furnaces are operating in standby mode, the source said, according to Novosti Donbasa.
