"I call on the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the European Investment Bank (EIB), and the World Bank to support this project. These financial institutions have already supported reforms in Ukraine. Now we can join hands in an effort to get a really tangible result," he said at the Ukraine Reform Conference, Europeiska Pravda said.

"No doubt – the assistance must be provided with clear conditions, but we should not remain where we are now, and this is a key point," he said.
