Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman says that Ukraine may become another start-up nation, possibly referring to 'Start-up Nation: The Story of Israel's Economic Miracle,' a 2009 book by Dan Senor and Saul Singer about the economy of Israel, which was able to reach impressive economic growth.
"To become another start-up nation is our good target, and I am completely convinced it is achievable," he wrote on Facebook on Sunday, August 27.
"Ukraine has every ground to achieve this, and the government has already started working to support start-up projects that have a chance of transforming into a global success story," he said.

"Based on experience, including that of Israel, Turkey and some other countries, we are now hammering out tools to make it work. The state's participation in the financial support of promising start-ups is also under consideration," he said.
In his words, the main thing is to ensure a favorable climate for business development. "To induce and teach the controlling agencies to assist without creating obstacles is one of the most serious challenges of today," he added.
