First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economic Development and Trade Stepan Kubiv has said Ukraine needs over $35 billion to modernize the obsolete infrastructure.
"We need over $35 billion to modernize the obsolete infrastructure... It is impossible to provide such a financial resource without private capital," Kubiv said during the presentation of the bill "On Concessions" developed by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade.
