Deputy Minister for Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Yuriy Brovchenko says that the Belarusian-Ukrainian working group on industrial cooperation has agreed on supplies of Ukrainian equipment to Belarus, according to the ministry's press service reporting on results of the official's visit to Belarus.
"Ukraine cooperates actively with Belarus. During the visit, we have agreed on cooperation between the Ukrainian plant Electrotyazhmash and the Belarus-based OJSC BELAZ, as well as between state-owned enterprise Ukrainian Research Institute of Special Steels, Alloys and Ferroalloys and OJSC Borisov Plant of Automotive and Tractor Electrical Equipment. We also plan to develop cooperation between Sumy Engineering Works Ltd. and JSC Pinskiy Zavod Sredstv Maloy Mechanizatcii. I am deeply convinced that the arrangements made during this visit will bring tangible results," the press service quoted Brovchenko as saying.
