The delegations also agreed on the development of a North-South transport link via Ukraine and Belarus in order to provide the best logistic schemes for the delivery of goods using Belarusian and Ukrainian infrastructure.

As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukraine experienced a shortage of Polish permits for freight transportation by road in November 2017.

In late November, the Infrastructure Ministry announced that Ukraine had agreed with the Polish side on granting Ukrainian road carriers an additional quota of permits for road transportation via Poland.
