Over the period under review, costs of construction and assembly of residential buildings increased most of all, by 4.2%. At the same time, the cost of construction of civil engineering facilities decreased the most, by 5.7%, according to the State Statistics Service of Ukraine.
Costs of construction and installation works in May 2020 alone grew by 1.1% y-o-y.
The report does not include information from temporarily occupied areas in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the city of Sevastopol, and certain areas in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, it said.
As UNIAN reported, construction and assembly costs in Ukraine rose by 23.6% in 2019 from 2018.
